The owner did not want to hire me because I had no knowledge in the Locksmith industry. After talking to him for a few days he decided to give me a chance. I worked for him (Rick Kaplan) for four years and he decided to sell and I was lucky enough to purchase the company. I (Ronald Lee) have been working here for 29 years.
