Call to speak with the owner or a tech, and never a dispatcher or call center. Established in 2011. I started Cityside Locksmith after apprenticing with a master locksmith for 6 months. Wanted to offer fair business, great prices, quality products and work to the Boston Area. Operating a locksmith business is a real challenge, as the industry is constantly evolving due to technological advances. A challenge that we hope to rise to, offering the latest and best solutions to lock problems. We appreciate both old and new technologies and love to advance our knowledge through industry training to stay as relevant as possible. We value customer relations and are not satisfied until our client is satisfied.
