Terms of service

1. What Locksmiths Finder is

Locksmiths Finder is a directory of locksmith businesses in the United States, operated by WeDevAll. We are not a locksmith and do not perform locksmith services. Being listed does not create a contractual relationship between WeDevAll and the business.

2. Listings and sources

Listings are compiled from public sources and, where an owner has claimed a listing, from that owner. If information is wrong, write to contact@wedevall.com. We may remove or merge listings we believe are duplicates.

3. Ratings shown as text

Where a rating is shown, it comes from a third-party source and is displayed as text with attribution, for example 4.8 · 120 reviews on Yelp. We do not rate businesses ourselves. A missing rating is shown as No rating yet, never as zero.

4. Owner claims and verification

A business owner can claim a listing free of charge, and we verify ownership with a code sent to the phone number already listed for that business. We may revoke a claim made without authority to represent the business.

5. Owner-verified badge and ranking

An Owner-verified badge costs a one-time $10 and means the owner confirmed the listing by phone. It is not a license, a quality rating, or a vetting of the business. Owner-verified listings (a paid badge) may appear higher in city lists. How we rank is shown on every list page.

6. Sponsored placement

A sponsored placement is labeled Sponsored and sold separately from ranking. Sponsored placements may appear above the listings on a city page; each is labeled Sponsored. Sponsored placement never affects the order of the organic listings below it.

7. Payments and refunds

The Owner-verified badge costs $10, paid once through PayPal to WeDevAll. It has no end date for as long as we offer the Owner-verified badge on the listing; it ends if the payment is refunded, in full or in part, or reversed. Not satisfied? Write to contact@wedevall.com within 14 days of payment for a full refund; the badge ends when the refund goes through. If we revoke a claim under section 4, we may refund the payment, which ends the badge. Sponsored placement is arranged directly with each business, and the price is agreed before it appears.

8. Liability

Information on this site is provided as-is and may be incomplete or out of date. We are not responsible for services performed, quoted, or delivered by any listed business.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@wedevall.com.
